Such a low low cost (essentially a rounding error) for a project like this. Winnipeg gets hot in the summer. If we want people out walking, we need shade and trees.

The new system is a step in the right direction and has a good foundation but it still needs more funding and infrastructure changes to make it really shine.

Yeah that would be a challenge. How did the old system do better in that area beyond community members memorizing the routes?

This is so true! I've been having some lovely chats with my fellow community members (mostly about the transit changes lol) and I never seem to be the only one at the stop anymore.
