There is combat, but you have almost hub worlds. Like you go to a computer to do a lot of quests that involve combat. You go to a military base for endgame and half your farming. Another area for character leveling related farming. The fighting is like they took Hi3 combat as a base and changed it.

Wuthering Waves- open world, obviously inspired by Genshin but takes their own spin. Post apocalyptic.
Zenless zone zero- Harder to describe, kind of reminds me of Honkai Impact's open world modes, if you know it.
Infinity nikki- open world dress up.

Since Inazuma characters are the ones you'll run into the biggest roadblock for. Bennett or Sucrose are always good options, lots of people love using Xiangling everywhere.
That's just four stars or standards, too. Just trying to keep early game friendly, haha. (I didn't get a bow user for months)

Fischl is a good electro. Or if you have yaoyao you could do a burgeon team. (Run to Sumeru and get Dendro traveler for that.) Kaeya can do sub DPS so you could do a little melt team. Layla, Chongyun, or Qiqi can also do that early game. Kuki is pretty good, but it depends on if you're at Inazuma-

Yeah, I get using characters you like, I still use Barbara in a lot of teams. But Diluc and Razor both want to be on field as much as they can be. They're both main DPS characters. So that's probably why you're struggling, haha. (I was also a Razor main early game. My son was always on my team, lol)

Probably just skins/cosmetics in Among us. Maybe a code or gift in the mail for Genshin.

It's implied the trailblazer was mostly with Kafka, so DOT sustain? A blade specific one could be fun too, like takes a percentage of health before healing it. (Obviously would work with like Mydei and other characters that want to lose HP, too.) But we really could use a DOT specific healer, haha.

Ororon is probably similar, tbh. Though he'd have probably sold decently, they wanted there to be, if there were two characters in a tribe, one four star and one five star. Citlali made sense as a five star leaving him a four star. Varesa, though... Only thing I can think of is maybe they made a 5*

Dahlia- probably proficient at fighting but doesn't do it much. Makes sense why he would be a 4*, but he should still be better.
Iansan? Natlan didn't have many 4*'s. They didn't feel like Iansan would sell well. That's probably it.

As a DanCae shipper I'm definitely planning a cute one with that, lol. It can be things found in game, or things that I can figure out using like MMD for or something, haha. I'm definitely rusty there but I can figure it out. Also official pictures, too. Like I'd probably get at least one Robin...

Most of them look a lot like the characters they go with, but then you get Topaz??? Where do the antenna come from? Couldn't they have done like Numby ears??

It didn't start out being obvious that it was going to be like that, though. The release roster was much more even. And you expect a gacha game will have a bit more skew towards female characters. But it really is surprising just how skewed they made this game. We've gotten 2.5 males since release.

Family coded. I haven't played through the latest quests, so cartethyia may be different? But there's also so many characters where, if we've ever seen them in game, it's only been a glimpse, so that doesn't help.

Yep. Like any characters that interact with others aren't characters most people are shipping. Chisca and Yangyang aren't the most popular characters. Baizhi and Mortifi barely interact. Carlotta and Jinshi only interact with people directly with us, or in Jinshi's case ones where it seems more-

There's Zani and Phoebe, and the other one I really ever have seen is Jiyan and Calcharo. (There's lines in their profiles about them knowing eachother.) But tbh we've never seen two male playable characters actually interact, so that makes it hard on that end. And even the girls tend to strictly-

And yes, there's multiple Honkai games, lol. ZZZ and Tears of Themis are the only games they've released that aren't in the Honkai universe if I'm right. (Genshin is implied multiple times to be related, but we don't know the specifics yet, lol.)

Genshin is open world exploration with fighting. Hi3 is menu based. You go to different game modes, fights are more arena based with different backgrounds. (ZZZ fighting is more similar to Hi3.) HSR is a turn based game. You have closed areas to explore, and fights take you to an rpg type menu.
