Unidentified agents arrest people off the street or from their homes, move them to prisons hundreds of miles away w/out notifying family members, and hold them w/out charge in violation of habeas corpus. Let’s call it what it is. This is Nazi-like behaviour.

The Trump admin is effectively making SCOTUS the trial court of first instance for constitutional questions. Once the judges figure that out, they will not be happy.

Back in 2015 when Trump was still just a candidate, I commented on how he always used to refer to the “reigns“ of previous presidents. I said it was not a good omen for how he might govern if elected. You have to pay attention to the words people use.
