Your art singlehandedly sold me on Secret Lair when it started, that Sliver Overlord is still one of my favorite artworks in all of Magic. I wish I got one of the playmats before they sold out, I don't know if OMA does restocks for stuff that old but I still check the page every so often and hope 😅.

I love changelings, this card is sick. Also that art is funny because it is specifically referencing the Theros art of Springleaf Drum rather than the Lorwyn art.
...hmm. The fact that I can instantly recognize a *drum* as being from Theros probably says something about me...

I may be mistaken, but aren't outside visitors unaffected by the boundary swaps? Given how the meddling faerie changes back and forth and doesn't seem in control of the changes I'd assume they are a native. Of course we don't actually know Oko's home plane so all of the above could be true. Hmmm...

This so cool! I'm really glad they thought to make the DFCs match on both sides.
Though does anyone else find it a tiny bit unsatisfying that Sozin's Comet isn't Airbender Ascension? 😅 Comet's a better fit for the scene but I would've loved the perfect symmetry.

What a show. I love it but King Ramses absolutely haunted my dreams.
Scary Stories too, some of the art from those books definitely stuck with me. The "pale lady" freaked me out so much as a kid. I don't even think she did anything threatening in the story but I couldn't stand this image.

And if the argument's only for deck aesthetics, every color can already make tokens of any color and colorless lands can have colored frames. People could run Yavimaya, Cradle of Growth, Cabal Coffers, and Arid Mesa in their mono blue decks without breaking color identity.

Please change hybrid rules! They are ORs not ANDs and were always meant to be. It's called color identity for a reason, mechanically it might be that blue decks can only play blue cards but thematically it's that blue mages can only do blue things, and any blue hybrid card can only do blue things.

I like thoracle outside of the instant win combos, I think if anything should be banned it should be Demonic Consultation and its siblings. Incremental build up that ends in a thoracle or lab man win is cool, it's two card combos that win on the spot that are the real issues imo.

They’ve done multiple sets on the same plane a few times since the block structure has gone away but the sales still went down, I don’t think it can all be the large-small-small if the drop in interest is still happening without it.

I can't wait to see how they Magic-ify all the spider stuff. There are going to be *so* many Spider Human Heros and I have no clue what those will look like in the Magic multiverse.

Names like this being nonlegendary bothers me so much. I don't care about the bad gameplay or whatever, please just make the names fitting of the type line. If it's nonlegendary call it Uthros Cloudscape or something less important, save the "Name, Title" wording for stuff that's actually legendary.
