What method are you going to use? I know there's that simple one where you fill out a chart for each character and symbol and upload it, and tada, a font of sort. I think I would want something better than that.

Ah Fonts. The never ending search for a cool looking font, that everyone hasn't over used on their maps.

I'm a little crazy for being organized. Taking the time to be organized upfront, save SO MUCH work at the end. You should see the layers for any given map I create.
This extends to personal life as well. I like a Tidy Home and practice, clean as you go. Who wants to spend hours cleaning?

The secret to making this work, is to do it consistently, and often. Leaving time at the end of the week, or doing it as you go, stops it from piling up and becoming a long boring chore. /6

Expenses is set up so I can assign the right TAX DEDUCTIBLE category. When it's tax time, I can have all this info ready to go. If you use an accountant or do your own taxes, it makes it so much easier. SI set up a studio this year, and this made it easy to not let purchases slip through. 4/
