Welsh Gov back then was all about engineering your next career move, portraying yourself in a good light and tucking up as many people in the process. Not what I was about. Called it out and was accused of playing the victim. Drained me mentally and physically. Much better where I am now.

Doing tasks before Christmas, seems I have made further errors trying to correct them and holding things up as a result. Told to learn from it and move on. Brings back memories of the spiteful management I endured in Welsh Gov. Left 13 years ago but never forgotten how I was made to feel back then.
