3. Shortly after seeing that post I looked back at the same post, and I find this former Special Forces operator posting this on X.. Like cmon this is not an insurgency. There are always a small group of violent individual in ANY protest but its not everyone. There are a lot of peaceful protestors

2. I am not a legal expert so I will just mention that this reminds me of a case.. Barnes v Felix. It happened in the state I once served. The next thing to look at is policies and procedures. This is a screen shot of #DHS 's which is same or similar to PD. Putting yourself infront of a car is seen
