Been strength training for years. I’d suggest looking at resistance bands with 3 anchors (high, waist and ankle height) lagged into studs. And a landmine for a barbell. You can do rows, squats, presses, etc with that. my shoulder has impingement so I use bands or dumbbells for press and rows
