My own solution to the “did I take this one-a-day yet?” problem is to use a sharpie to write the 1st letter of the day of the week on the foil that’ll get broken when I pop that blister through.
“Today is Wednesday and the next foil has a T on it, so that’s tomorrow’s and I’m good for today”
