As an English men we all like to have a laugh at the French from time to time but boy they punch above their weight in certain areas of engineering. This is becoming more visible on a daily basis

One of the best shows, so powerful, but alas when I look at my three teenage boys I don’t see them getting their opportunity back. But we will try, hopefully.

Somewhat related I learnt yesterday that the last government had allowed councils to exclude their deficits for SEND from their balance sheets, so councils are billions more in debt than currently being reported. They have to start reporting it in 26.
