I was stuck in traffic in between a two mile stretch for over an hour. Very frustrated about it until I learned the wreck had killed a motorcyclist. Took a breath, centered and looked at the surrounding beauty. Sat and waited with appreciation and gratitude.

Patriot Front, white supremacists, marched downtown in Louisville today. Little girls away at camp are missing from horrible flooding in Texas. The news is rough and the only thing keeping my heart afloat are things like these fuzzy toe beans. I hope everybody is mentally doing okay out there.
