Motored through Tender is the Flesh in a few days. What a wonderful, horrific tale.
Initial impressions are that this is critiquing the meat industry. But it goes much deeper than that, analyzing our tolerance for cruelty, indulgence, and morality.

I recently finished reading The Ministry of Time by Kaliane Bradley. It was a very fun time and outside of the genres I usually read - almost hanging out in slice-of-life territory at times.
I learned after that this was the her debut novel. Can't wait for the next one!
