I agree with this assessment. Shooting someone in the face/head area 3 times, in my opinion, signals the shooting was personal. No law enforcement training teaches you to shoot people in the face. Smh

What you are learning/realizing is that most people are cowards, and they will freeze when challenged. I seriously doubt if America will ever recover from this situation. Smh
