You’re unraveling. Did someone kicked the plug out of your emotional support appliance?

Your tone is so quaint, like someone confidently lecturing from a text that hasn’t been updated since Eisenhower. Truly delightful. How you scold people you don’t know and call them racist is… honestly precious. Please keep going! You’re a good boy and I’m entertained.
November 17, 2025 at 5:53 PM
I’m not sure if you’re arguing about housing policy or reenacting a documentary you half-remember from PBS in 1983, but either way it’s adorable!

On behalf of the super wealthy developer class who destroys existing, historic neighborhoods to build high density luxury homes for millionaires, let me be the first to thank you for being so clueless!

They love it when you embrace their high margin, luxury density projects!
November 17, 2025 at 3:08 PM
LOL. You’re really quite simple in how you subordinate yourself to the millionaire class. You are useful to them!
November 17, 2025 at 4:09 AM
I do give a shit about affordable housing and I do have a say in what happens in my neighborhood. Sorry, son.
November 17, 2025 at 3:12 AM
Fair point. There are apts already in my neighborhood that are reasonably priced. What happens when we lose a home is not affordable apartments. It’s 3 or 4 ugly, million dollar plus townhouses jammed on to the lot. Developers lie about serving affordability. They just take profit
November 17, 2025 at 12:16 AM
So the national interest can’t be served without destroying my neighborhood and replacing my modest home with high density luxury homes that are less affordable than mine?

You’re a little mixed up.
November 16, 2025 at 11:48 PM
Fuck no I’m not selling at half value. I chose the neighborhood. I chose well. My house has appreciated by $250k since I made my wise choice. You don’t like it, too fucking bad.
November 16, 2025 at 11:32 PM
How do you figure? I worked my ass off, saved up and got a mortgage on a house. How is that selfish?
November 16, 2025 at 11:26 PM
That statement exposes you as the racist.
November 16, 2025 at 7:21 PM
Developers who say they want to create affordable housing and help young people or people of color and then put up high density luxury homes for the millionaire class are bad people. Sorry.
November 16, 2025 at 7:04 PM
Sorry, I can’t respond now. I’m going to play golf.
November 16, 2025 at 6:44 PM
Well, I think nearly everyone is racist so that’s not unreasonable conclusion. But false in my case.
November 16, 2025 at 6:43 PM
Dude? Duuuuude!
November 16, 2025 at 6:28 PM
You tell me
November 16, 2025 at 6:28 PM
They don’t in my neighborhood.
November 16, 2025 at 6:15 PM
Another bot for the ultra wealthy developers.
November 16, 2025 at 6:14 PM
How very simple of you.
November 16, 2025 at 6:13 PM
The price. If a home is worth over $2m it’s a multimillion dollar home. Follow?
November 16, 2025 at 6:12 PM
No. I mean as in me and my neighbors in our community.
November 16, 2025 at 6:10 PM
At least Jake gets it.
November 16, 2025 at 6:07 PM
What does that matter?
November 16, 2025 at 6:07 PM
Yes. Mainly you.
November 16, 2025 at 6:02 PM
No, it’s really not that hard. Before they break ground, developers just build sidewalks and contribute to a fund that pays for enhancements to mass transit. Pretty easy.
