I get frustrated at people unwilling to at least see that there's a trade-off here. Maybe you don't like the ugliest forms the tech sector takes, or you think there'll be bad externalities. But, for a lot of people, small things can be enormous.

Like, to be a bit silly, if you found out the set of virtues you picked lead to widespread injustice, presumably very few would continue to see those virtues as virtuous!
