I’ve printed a good number of his designs and just love them. I’m a beginner (only had my printer about 6 months), so I really appreciate how the prints take the guesswork out of it for me.

Back on the #Evercade today, and playing catch-up with the Bitmap Brothers collections 1+2. Started with GODS, which I found inscrutable, but loved the graphics, really put me in mind of the old Psygnosis games.
Then, Speedball and (for comparison), Speedball 2. The upgrade on sequel was amazing!

#Evercade day 7, with the Gremlin Collection 1 highlight title, Zool. I remember wanting to play this on the Megadrive so bad, so was great to finally play it. You can tell it wants to be #SonicTheHedgehog, with super fast paced platforming and it’s ‘cool’ character

#Evercade a day, day 5 and sticking with the MegaCat Studios Collection 2 and a wee platformer called ‘Devwill 2’. Nice controls, and I always love a slide attack in any game. Good, clean, platforming fun, with a small character sprite that reminded me of Garfield 😅

Day 4 of trying to play an #Evercade game each day, and we have Misplaced, a tiny pixel puzzle game that I feel like I’ve only scratched the surface of it. Recording your movement to play it back in a way that uses your recorded ghost to work around impossible objects - very clever

With the challenge set, and no intention of picking games in any particular order, I did still feel the need to start with cartridge number 1, the #Atari Collection 1, and I’ve went for Aquaventure. It was more addictive than expected, with an easy loop of shoot fish for points.

I’m not one for New Year’s resolutions, but I’m always up for a challenge and my wife suggested I play as many of my #Evercade games as possible this year. I’ve a full collection ‘so far’, and with over 500 games in the range, you’d think it would be easy, but my games sit woefully underplayed.

Day 11 is another die, and there are so many numbers missing from this one, it’s hard to tell what it was supposed to be. One of the sides even curves inwards. Literally gets worse each time 😂
