The vote blue no matter who crowd is going to crow on about this being purity testing, but I'm pretty sure not being anti-homeless and a transphobe should be like bare minimum. It's like they don't even see that they're willingly shifting further and further right.

Because whatever contract Jahad signed with the tower would prevent them from being able to kill him. Like even if you could find someone theoretically stronger, a Regular would never be able to do it. Like Baam is weaker than most of the higher up characters too, but people forget that part of it.

I think some of it is the weird need to powerscale characters when that's just not how the tower works. Half the reason an irregular is even needed to kill Jahad is there's some weird contract stuff going on so that no matter how powerful a character is it wouldn't matter.

The left will never win cishet white men as a voting bloc because the right wing genuinely offers that class more. They reinforce everyone of their privileges and even if they produce a net harm cishet white men will be reassured by the fact that they still get a better slice of apocalypse

We can't be wasting energy fighting for people who don't want to be helped when there are an ample amount of minorities that actively need fighting for.

It's not about ceding them, it's about realizing that it's a losing fight. One side tells them that they're perfect the way they are and everyone else is to blame while the other side has a complicated answer that requires them to look at their privilege.

It's because most of these dudes are scammers in some way, so once they've ruined a site to the point that normal people leave they end up following to continue plying their scam. They can't just exist on their own site because then it's just scammers scamming each other.

Your parents have to fill out a form to get you an SSN. It's entirely possible for say, parents that thought SSN was the mark of the beast, to never file this form.

You are mistaking generative AI (the chatbots, shitty image generators) for predictive ai machine learning models that scientists use. They use some of the same tech, but they are not equivalent. ChatGpt is not predicting cancers.

I'd argue that's no reason to hate her specifically though, that's a flaw of the tower itself and everyone who has ever climbed it. Every single ranker (Baam excluded) has killed in cold blood to get where they are. All of Baams friends included.
At best the hate she gets should be the exact same.

When SIU says she's his favorite character I don't really think he's lying or joking, because she's just so multifaceted and interesting to think about. Shame the fandom doesn't really see that.

She's an interesting mirror to Baam because that boy just waltzes into power up after power up. And there she is stuck at roughly the same level of strength she had when she started, the only real gain she's made being the connections she's built up.

I'd say her core flaw is that she's incredibly jealous of what others have without putting in the work for it herself or realizing the effort others have put into it. But at the same time she's been given basically nothing that she hasn't taken so I can't really begrudge her that flaw either.

Rachel's not even necessarily petty in her motivations. She really just wants to be special and the hero of the same stories that she told Baam about when they were at the bottom of the tower. That's pretty sympathetic in my view, it's just that she's not the viewpoint character.

The thing that gets me most with Rachel hate is that Khun does literally all the same scummy stuff she does, but because he does it for Baam it's suddenly okay. To be clear I love both characters, it's just that the double standard is annoying.

They don't do it for the health of the company, they do it for the stock markets. Showing higher earnings in their Q1 reports gives higher stock valuations. They don't care about the long term because they'll have sold off the stock by the time the company craters.
