The land isn't near an airport at all. My friend has owned the parcel of land for almost 8 years and he's never had anyone else randomly message him and tell him what he can or can't do with the land.

The parcel of land isn't near an airport nor near public waters. It's a mainland residential parcel and from what we can see on the world map there are no airports in the region the parcel is in or in any of the neighbouring ones. My friend has been paying tier for the land for almost 8 years.
