Thanks for pointing out the posting. I'm just saying, even the job description is misleading if not just plain wrong. Sigh. It'd be more accurate to say its just a detention center in a rural area but they can't have fun with facts so they have to embellish or stew in their ignorance.

"Remote swamp based facility." Fun fact, it's not a swamp. It is remote in the sense that there's not a lot there, but there is in fact at least one Miccosukee backyard bumped up against a fence there, another across the street, a NPS visitor center 10 miles E and 6 miles W of it.

Perhaps he's thinking of his favorite lunchtime wimp to bully, Columbia, as in one of the largest landholders in New York City, Columbia University.

Good point but there is something to be said for this chimeric and ever mutable concept of "the center." The American definition of the center, if such a thing can be pinned down, is right of center to the rest of the world. TNT's EB is simply self promoting *their* ideas as the correct way to win.

The stupid thing about all this ish with Venezuela is Maduro is an evil sob who absolutely is enabling if not flat out partly running the drug trade out of there. That excuses absolutely nothing the US has done over the last few months but it COULD have been done legally and should have been done.

They exist. Dangerous AF. Read about one a month or so ago, not in this article. But, worth noting, you probably need to be high on your own supply to get into one of these things. Generally, they don't completely submerge so much as mostly submerge.
