Emails will be sent tomorrow. At what time? That is something my Candy Conductors will discuss. Do keep your eyes peeled for another announcement. Either from me or my Conductors ;)

Oh by the way, there is a new question added to the form to help the gift matching process go smoother for the mods.

We had emphasized many times to please communicate with us and turn in your check-ins in a timely manner. Communication is vital in these kinds of events. We need to know how your progress is coming along so we can ensure everyone will receive a gift.

However a few people wound up receiving two gifts during gift-giving period because their original Secret Santa still made their gift without communicating with us.

We had no choice, but to contact them through email.
If we didn't receive a response after messaging someone multiple times, we removed them from the event due to lack of communication and then had to find a backup to keep the event going and avoid anyone being left out.

Last year was a huge struggle for the mods when we tried to reach out to the participants for check-ins. We were either ghosted or had no means to reach out to their preferred way to contact them because either they had disabled their DMs or their accounts were locked/private.
