I’ve spent 4 hours wrestling control of my Dad’s laptop from scammers, deleting malware, multi anti virus apps etc. I spent the 90s building the NineMSN news product, but was HORRIFIED at what is now Bing. Pop ups and defaults SO confusing to an elderly person they don’t know what’s real. #auspol
