I got a brand new one out of the box to do it as well, and Nintendo even replaced my dock through their warranty. So now I'm on the 3rd dock.

I'm waiting for the update that fixes the broken LAN port on my Switch 2 dock. I was able to recreate the issue on a brand new Switch 2 without trying, and Nintendo has already tried to repair the dock. They're currently stumped too
