But are some places really that nice to sit? I’d never choose that intersection. The park is right there. Have lived in that area for years. The “Broadway Plaza” from 34 to 42 has turned into a smoking 🚬🍃🧪💨 lounge with unpoliced signs posted 🚭. Walking through it is gross, I won’t sit there either.
