What a bunch of kids. ;-) i joined the Columbia Record Club in 1961 when I was 13 and selected "An Electifying Evening with Dizzy Gillespie," "Kind of Blue," "Time Out," "Brazil" (Herbie Mann), "Ella in Hollywood," "Soft Vibes, Soaring Strings" (Lionel Hampton), and four others.
