Well in my estimation, a leader and a hero are different. A leader is able to see the big picture and put together strategy, can communicate that plan, surround themselves with LTs that can execute on the tactics for that strategy. I’m a good leader.

Heroes are almost symbols of the movement.

I had to think about it, I don’t want to be a hero. Heroes receive accolades for their mighty efforts. When I do my community enriching work, it’s not about me, it’s about the *work* to build that community, to help each other get to a better place. Does that make sense?
