Play along at home to this strangely horticulturally themed episode (spoiler), and maybe you'll enjoy it as much as this lucky audience. Just remember, whatever you do, don't forget Agnew's dictum.

Howard hosts, but still has time to show off some of his special skills, whilst Peter and Rory Bremner attempt to pull the madest faces for our entertainment.

It's episode 58! And it's a Christmas special! And what a special it is laden as it is with celebs that could only have been famous up until the late 1980s. The Actual Derek Jameson? The actual Hinge and Bracket?! You're spoiled!!

On top of that there is James Bond talk, Cliff Richard diversions, concrete cow details, lip syncing mounties, caged crickets, and people getting lost.  Genuinely none of this is explained.  And frankly, we couldn't be happier.

And as an added bonus, none of it makes any sense. What we know for certain is that almost every cool 1980s vehicle is on display, including a race car, scrambler bike, Hercules, and a celebrity airship!

And in an episode in which Howard serves more face than we deserve, he learns to love CD-Rom video games before leaving us with a song, which he sings really quite well.

Our boy Howard and our gal Kate fly to the megacity to teach us all about what's to come, including how work will kill us but how train tunnels will entertain us along the way

And as this woman is forced to endure a Candid Camera experience. All we can do is suggest you don't forget to hold your sides together, for surely they'll split!!

It's an episode full of one man enjoying the sound of chimps being tickled, awful jokes (many at the expense of others), and a dollop of hucksterism (naturally). And also a cameo from America's own wee Jimmy Krankie (citation needed)

Before we finish off nicely with Michael Rodd showing off his plastic chair at the children's table. Gosh - who knew so much could be packed into such a short amount of time. Not your hosts, to be fair.

The jaws of life are used in Britain for the very first time - leading one presenter needing to speak over very loud sounds indeed!

And if that's not enough, spies, or more likely shift left wing types, attack an airbase with paper flags
