[Accidentally posting from my 1%er account] Anyone have a cheap wholesaler for silverware? We had a banquet / NDA orgy and threw it all out since it was the 2024 series.

It's going to take me a while to reach 401k, but I'm looking forward to the guaranteed retirement it grants.

You know a software company is mired in enshittification when their once detailed app update notes now say "Bug fixes and performance improvements" for every release. Even though they wholly own the platform they're distributing updates on, they can't be bothered to tell you what actually changed.

If I HAD to perform a coply duty, I'd request the one that lifts the yellow crime tape for any detectives, victim's relatives, or protagonists that stumble into the scene.

The Man says "Cellar door" is the most beautiful English phrase, but I offer one better: Jerry Lawyer screaming "Puppies!" every time he sees a woman during RAW.

Glad the hyper scalers could layoff hundreds of thousands to "optimize" themselves but couldn't be bothered to optimize THE ACTUAL TECHNOLOGY THEY OWN. Oligarchical scumbags
Post-DeepSeek, there isn’t really a compelling argument for investing hundreds of billions of capital expenditures in data centers, buying new GPUs, or even pursuing Large Language Models as they currently stand.

I'm guessing most of the "dogs of Amazon" from the error pages have been laid off at this point.

I've been leaving 1-star reviews on Google's Android apps because they're the worst type of bait and switch spyware (as are most of the biggest apps). BUT I did get a response from one that promised to pass my feedback along, so maybe they'll right the ship and put the consumer first now.

Nothing warms the cockles of my heart more than an email from my TV's manufacturer wishing me a happy new year.

Now's your last chance to donate to my FundMeNow and have your donation matched (by me)! Don't miss this last call to help me do things like "buy a yacht" or "further entrench the means of production" well into the new year. Please, my family-run corporation depends on you!

Always paranoid that my neighbors heard me screeching inside my house about the Linux version of Nvidia's graphics drivers producing a lovely black screen once and they've all conspired to run inside when they see me about to walk the dog.

Mismatch Maid In Heaven (2021): This metaverse sequel to both Maid in Manhattan (2002) and Hitch (2005) finds Marissa (Jennifer Lopez) and Hitch (Will Smith) joining romantic forces to stop Hell's attack against Earth's best romcom couples. Rated PG-13 for sexual content, violence and tobacco use.
