This is coming from someone who doesn't use mastodon (and doesn't have a following like yourself). I couldn't see the catch, but I also don't really use Facebook either and that's the closest comparison I've seen. I liked twitter so I have Bluesky, and I like reddit so I have Lemmy.

I really don't care about most visual changes in QPR1, but I can't wait to resize the tiles cause most of them I only use as a simple button and they done need to be that large.

Update for anyone who finds this, it won't work without changing the user agent. Worked with KT techs switching from 5G to LTE and any amount of settings cants get VoLTE or VoNR to work.

Yeah I gotta talk with my carrier, I was also setting a different user agent with pixel IMS to get VoLTE to work. For anyone else who come across this tell your carrier you have a foreign phone and need OMD registration to PTA-VOLTE_EPS. Hope that helps!

Let's go! PIXELIMS wouldn't work after last update hopefully the force enable VoLTE will work with this. Then I can finally remove Shizuku and disable Developer Options too.

My drivers license hair is technically wrong too. I have really dark brown hair, license says black and has since I first got my permit.

Been on Linux only since ~2010 and on Arch ~2020. I still look up stuff constantly to figure out how stuff is functioning.

PSA: Go into your settings and search "Emergency alert history", newer android versions save past alerts. I don't know about iPhones so can't help there.

Bought a @frame.work laptop and since it was DIY built decided to move from Ubuntu/PopOS to Arch and DIY build my setup. Went with all the latest stuff at the time so a Wayland WM is what it happened to be.

Figured out the MTE (developer options), that was the only one I didn't have enabled. On Android 15 I had the option to turn off 2G but on 16 it says "avoid 2G", I'm guessing it's the same thing just different wording.
