Good eye! Yes, it is February Lady Sweater by Pamela Wynne and used to be available on Ravelry (but appears to have been discontinued).

I don't recall the name, but I got the pattern and the yarn from Julia at The Lucky Four Farm. She has a website, but I didn't see it linked on Ravelry. If you dm her on her website I bet she'll remember!

Yep. It's happening across the board. Our friend is in a small (but crucial) division at the department of agriculture. His boss, who has worked there over thirty years, as well as their IT technician and at least one other, have been terminated. Div of six down to three. They can't function at all.
