My solution was to buy snacks I don't like, but will eat. That way I have food I will eat, but I know I'm not eating it just because I enjoy the food. There's probably a better way to go about this, I just haven't figured it out yet. But also I have to set alarms to remember to eat, so idk

I have the opposite problem, I never feel hungry until it's been way too long, so if I did that I would die. But it also ends in me eating too often sometimes because I never feel a difference for if I should be eating again or not.

And my favorite sea animal is probably manatees, and yes I've seen some in aquariums and just outside. When I was a child we got to do an overnight trip at the manatee section of our local zoo.

I've always loved sunflowers. As a child I was fascinated by how tall they are. My family had some in our section of a community garden. They also remind me of a friend I used to be close with.
