I do have a fall alarm, but as I get a warning before the seizure, I'm always already sat down. I also have a wrist thing that's like a watch - it's time I wear it all the time I'm alone I guess. It rings my elected ICE contacts

It's worse for my son. He was on the phone with emergency services for over half an hour, waiting for the ambulance to get to us - while I was in status epilepticus.

Ish. I wrote that comment whilst I was in the fit to sit area of the hospital as I'd had a focal to general seizure that turned to status epilepticus that ended with me looking like I'd had a stroke 😬. The good news is I hadn't had a stroke and my blood results were clear and I'm home 💜
