It's so hard to get people to look at anything you post, isn't it? I thought I'd try doing a video of a post I wrote, to move with the times. It got three views yesterday, so here it is on BSky. Two minutes of your time to watch my whimsical noodling, if you'll indulge me.

Six years ago, I bid on this chair at the local auction house. Reader, I did not win it but I often think of it in a wistful manner.

Fair Wind To A Steel Breeze is my first attempt at SF-noir. Influenced by Blade Runner, Raymond Chandler and Blake's Seven. It's fast-moving and sexy, and I'm proud of it! #sciencefiction #sf #sfthriller #spaceopera #unputdownable #sfcolette #bladerunner #raymondchandler #dystopian #alteredcarbon

My novella Fair Wind To A Steel Breeze is nearly here! It's a bit Blade Runner, a bit Raymond Chandler, and a whole lot of sexy. Stay tuned for the linkage tomorrow!

It's the cover reveal for Fair Wind To A Steel Breeze, my upcoming SF story! It's a bit longer than the previous ones at over 20000 words so it qualifies as novella length. What's it like? Blade Runner meets Raymond Chandler meets all sorts of dark SF shiz. Release date coming soon!

This pisses me off. The road past my house was "dressed" today, and this 3 centimetre deep trip hazard is looking to break someone's ankle. I'd rather it wasn't mine but I have previous on falling over for the slightest reason.
