Also launching the game on maximum graphics by default, or a similarly unplayable autodetected setup that makes sure you can't even interact with the menu because it too runs at 4 fps with stutters of ~3 seconds.

A new car that's actually new and doesn't need fixing immediately costs somewhere $3-10k while keeping fixing the old one costs $1-2k at the same rate as having to start fixing a new one (costing $2-5k each time) would.
