I don’t think you’re wrong, people don’t have anything to be positive about it. That having said, I can’t abide people who move somewhere and then complain about the noise (more so in instances of moving above a pub or near clubs) but I wonder what it is making them so angry/miserable at EVERYTHING?

I have to admit, when I disabled my FB notifications it was just…nice…not constant notifications wanting my attention. I’ll probably do the same with that app but I’m curious to see if it’ll keep trying. Honestly, rarely got one unless it was at me/quoting me, until I got a Bluesky account 🤷‍♂️

Genuinely tempted to keep my account to see how high this will go….

I can kinda understand when it feels like everyone, in particular a certain author, are on the attack against our group even if the reality doesn’t quite match up. Impressive what constant negative headlines/social media posts can do to people’s perception of life
