Why don't we just do what the hypocritical yanks do. Use a variety of different types of jets together with the F-35's. Just like we plan to do, just not with their jets. Other countries use F-35's with other jets in Nato in Europe. Good capability F-35's area info capability and the Gripen E's EW.

The problem is he does not see it that way and he doesn't care if he follows the laws or rules anyway. He obviously had a cadre of like minded leaders because he is not coming up with this stuff by himself. Also there is no one in the US who is even willing to challenge him on his decisions.
