I collect the skins from onions and garlic, dehydrate them in the air fryer and grind them into powder.

Trying this for the first time. Offshoots from the spider plant. If they grow I can put them as they are into new pots as these are biodegradable.

Great anniversary for #Russia: On 17th July 1918, in the city of Yekaterinburg, Tsar Nicholas II was executed by the armed hand of the Bolshevik Revolution.
The execution of the #Tsar by the revolutionaries marked the end of a savage dynasty of megalomaniacs after 304 years

A successful experiment of 1st time growing carrots. They were in my makeshift tub, made from reclaimed roof tiles. The greens are edible too

After another hot work day, it's so nice to see lots of colour in the garden. The heat has damaged or finished off some plants but I've reached that level of gardening where you just shrug and move on!

Now the beds are clear of onions and garlic, I've planted runner beans and sugar snaps peas. Bit late but should still give something.
Finally put up the poly tunnel cover only to realise it's inside out 😭😂😂

Too hot to change it now, will come back later in the week to sort that out.

First tomato 🍅😀 I am just letting these grow naturally for the moment and see what happens. The best thing about gardening is doing what feels right.

Onions galore ❤️ (and elephant garlic) Over the moon about these. My wife is very kindly platting them, ready to dry out. These are all from my allotment. Still have some regular garlic but they are not quite ready.
