Writer, Filmmaker, Photographer, Sopranos narcoleptic, Pillar Man, and Founder of global education nonprofit Nobelity Project (Nobelity.org). Still doing my best to share a little light and love and building public school projects in Kenya.
My daughter told me 3 months ago that she was doing the floral arrangement for her wedding. So I said I’d try to grow them. I managed to grow more than half - not bad for my geezer self - team effort on the arrangements and they turned out beautifuly.
Can we have a congrats to Lily and Ronan?

Following awful news from Kenya sucks, but on my 52nd trip to this beautiful land, I’ve opened our 40th public school library, our 38th 2-grade preschool, new junior secondary classes, a new high school kitchen and dining hall and more. 19 years/1000’s of kids. Better than the news every day.

Can I get a whole lot of happy birthday wishes to the great Willie Nelson - as great a friend to me and to you and all as we could ever hope for. @willienelson.bsky.social
Who but Willie has 2 birthdays - 4/29 on birth certificate and also 4/30 - the doc didn’t realize he arrived after midnight.

Night and day, the beauty and wonder of our natural world are worth fighting for. All life, including human life, depend upon it.

Clueless Newsmax cheering the bell as the recession they helped make possible kicks off with a 1,300 point drop in the Dow and every American worried to the NewsMax about their retirement, and costs of food, fuel, cars, clothes, insurance and everything else. Welcome to the #DumbRecession

I like the sentiment, but the beautiful Caracara is already known as the Mexican Eagle, so better to go with the Canadian Eagle (so many Bald Eagles in Canada the population estimate is 50,000 to 500,000).

We just wrapped the annual Warburton for St. Jude weekend in CA. Raised $6.5 million for the battle against children’s cancer. In 60 years, St Jude has helped children’s cancer survival rates improve from 1 in 5 to 4 in 5. I’m so honored to play a small part in these inspiring events.

It only took a month for Kasnov to break America. We should build a statue in his honor.

As the USA fractures, Mexico is more beautiful than ever. You can see a Whale breech at the very end of this toll taker video.

To brighten a grey day for all. Beautiful Northern Bobwhite (on a grey day) taking over my bird boulder from the sparrows, towhees, cardinals, chickadees, Inca doves & more. We do our best to be a bird sanctuary and the quail numbers are growing! It’s up to all of us to do what we can, where we can.

Sundays deserve better than all this devastation news. Here are a few favorite new wildlife photos I took while opening our new Nobelity Project school projects in Kenya. Preschools, classrooms and libraries are absolutely key, but lions and elephants get more attention. LMK if you have a favorite.

I’m so exasperated by the political shit here at home, I keep seeking escape in my photos of new Kenyan school projects I opened the past weeks - libraries, classrooms, computer labs, preschools. 20 years and 100’s of rural public school projects and it never gets old. Check out www.nobelity.org

“Kusoma Ni Poa! Reading is cool!”
35 new Nobelity Project public school libraries in, and I’m just as excited as I was for #1.
Thanks Evelyne and Start-a-Library for being great partners! ⁦‪#startalibrary‬⁩ nobelity.org
