Met this beautiful little family yesterday. They live next to an old-school kahve — the kind of tea shop where local men hang out all day. The kind-hearted workers there make sure the cats are fed. The whole family was a little bit skittish but mama let me get close to them and take some photos

I wonder how many cats roam the ancient ruins of Ephesus? When I visited in 2021, it felt like they were everywhere-gracefully blending into the timeless beauty of the site, as if they are suspended in history, lounging by the columns to striking poses that rival the Roman gods. #turkishstreetcats
