Completely different circumstances here James, but my wife of 37 years died around three years ago. About 9 months later I rediscovered the joy of going out to gigs and clubs and haven't looked back. I'm out three or four times a week. Life 2.0 is going well. I'm sure you'll get there too.

Happy accident, make the most of it.
I worked on a production of Accidental Death of an Anarchist the year before last and was deeply saddened by the frequency with which I had to update a deaths in police custody total during the run.
