Yeah, here's the thing. Any artist using this should, by law, disclose that they are using AI. The problem is that currently, there is no law requiring people to make such disclosures.
The deal will let Suno users create tracks using the voices, names and likenesses of artists who opt in.

I was speaking to a buddy of mine who is taking an old SPU2 from a PS2 (Sound Processing Unit) and creating a custom hardware interface. Sort of like MIDIGl0tch if you ever heard of that project. I'm all for him testing and trying out unconventional sound methods.

As someone who has had their own copyrighted work stolen in the past, when similar incidents happen to other artists, it always irks me. It can be stressful to the point of madness. Even more so, someone else makes a buck off of your blood, sweat, and tears.
She's Homeless was stolen from me for the past 10 months, and I am owed a substantial amount.

Oh yeah before people jump to conclusions, I was speaking to Moving Shadow about two years ago at this point. About moving a lot more of the legacy tracks onto new platforms like Bandcamp etc.

When a forced Android update pushes AI on your phone. I find shit like this annoying as hell; when the button to switch is off, the phone is now being used for AI.
I mean, now it just takes longer to turn off the phone. It's not useful; it's just another thing. That makes AI irksome.
