You know, this last month of working on my mental health has been the most relaxing time when you remove the major stressor that is a stressful work environment. I hope that I can continue to improve myself going forward and be the friend that I know I can be. Now off to eat a load of candy canes

I think a lot of people forget this in their day to day lives. We are all people at the end of the day, not our jobs, if we saw the human behind the job then maybe the world would be a better place
