this happened for me too! i never thought of it as related to my 12H profection year, but now that i look back that is when i became more private.

if your spirituality doesn’t honor and fit your authentic life, it may be time for an update.

if your spirituality neglects the body, it’s time for an update.

i would never leave this path of healing & tuning in. i would miss out on so much: beauty, intimacy, connection, my actual self. my life.

& i want to be really alive.

it’s worth it to me to feel instead of numbing out.

at least the pain can move through me instead of getting stuck. at least i can be close to people & my values in the midst of pain.

life can be hard. if i can’t change that, then i want to experience it with as much wholeness as possible.

if i am safe enough to feel, then fragmentation and numbness only make things harder.

i always have to remind myself: healing and growth are not about control but surrender.
