There are some really important realpolitik reasons to consider before even thinking of accusing EU of racism. And as I said in another comment - you need to build up great power and independence to make yourself respected by war criminals such as Netanyahu and his clique.

Iron Dome is designed for short range threats. What your mean, is David's Sling and Arrow defences. No AD is totally immune to mass attacks. Iran's damage has been relatively insignificant, though Israel might be running out of AD missiles.

Excellent? No. It'd definitely be too easy to circumvent. EU countries have a hard time tackling Russian sanctions evasion. They would be much less motivated to fight circumventing trade measures with regards to Israel. Might make EU look good but would likely fail to achieve any positive effect.
