I tend to agree, but I think it's still great - since they can afford it - to put the price this low. It makes the game more accessible to a wide audience (especially w/ current life cost)

Not a lot of company choose that over greed - when they can afford it. Rn they're not first time dev any more

It's important to come with really precise needs and wants to discuss with them. But if you are contacting someone because you like what they do, you probably want it to be kinda in their style.
Also, check if they do work in different styles or only one. You can grasp their range that way.
