The only area I do see needing special attention is Sámi-speaking immigrants - my solution is the parliaments being able to issue visas, outside of the national visa systems, for Sámi-speaking immigrants (family, study, job etc) - but curious to hear others thoughts on this issue.

Oh, for sure, it’s ultimately all about who you hold yourself accountable to, not where your ancestors are from. Dude is clearly not interested in being accountable to Kernow, tho which makes the whole thing moot anyway.
