made some more kraut today. bunch of random vegetables hanging out in the fridge were shredded, salted, and massaged. we've got beet, onion, cabbage (obviously), carrot, and radish. i also tossed some caraway seeds in there, why not. we'll see how it is in a month or so! maybe less, temp depending.

i made a watchband! i wove the band a few months ago but cut it to size, hemmed the ends, and installed the hardware yesterday and today.

finished another band! it is dampened and wrapped around one end of my bed so it can dry properly. when it's good to go, i'll set about turning it into a couple watchbands.

hard to describe how i'mfeeling right now
A tablet weaving band cut free from the loom. Cards are scattered between the ends of the warp threads, and scissors lie on the right side. The threads are red, blue, and yellow, and they lie on a green paisley comforter. Same setting, but the band is visible. It is a double-sided greek key design of unterlocking right angles. The cards are stacked neatly.

You seem to assume that translations assign words to each other 1:1 and context and direction don't matter. I tried Latin to English at Google and it doesn't even translate jobs:"

finally got our copy of Defenders of the Wild, which i backed on kickstarter a while ago

broke it out between yesterday and today, and it's been good fun. got the stuffing kicked out of us though.
