A mentor of mine used to say, "All living things are inherently lazy." Food is hard to come by in nature, so creatures learned to be lazy to save energy. It's easier now more than ever to be lazy, so our adaptation has become a flaw. But that doesn't mean we shouldnt still try to be better. 🙂
