I had siamese for years that free-fed, no problem. THIS one can't pass a dish with kibble in it without grabbing a mouthful. She gained 3 lbs in a year. I installed auto-feeder and she went down to her usual nine. Then we adopted her daughter and had to have TWO auto-feeders set well apart.

My brothers got that. I got a fucking Easy Bake Oven.
Although, Mattel eventually came up with Incredible Edibles.
Which were not very tasty.

Magick, who is also a wonderful kitty except for her habit of furniture shredding (better now Una is with us as Magick is sort of afraid of Una.)

It's gonna be 94 degrees and humid here in the Twin Cities today and tomorrow. But, gladly, back into the 70's next week.
PS I hated Houston. The flooding. The year long heat and humidity. The people were a mixed bag. As they are here in the Twin Cities.

My cats, awaiting 5:30 pm feeding. Mother and daughter. Mother retired from breeding, daughter was retained as a failed flame point/seal point siamese mix. Got daughter 3 years after mother.
