I have seen it a few times. Its really rare though. Its 4 points and its a bit of a bait, aside from the spells removal it makes some fights really hard (early Cyclops, Hydras, The Hand, etc...)

Yeah, it makes the hero.fierce blessing a bit wonky, same as hero.dispel (dispelling your own hero actually removes its spell lol)
