Just reduce the number of arrival slots. 3rd runway will not sort problem, as they will just increase slots to maintain the same density of arrival slots. Hoodwinked - Yes.

My local dentist opted out as they were not sure what happens if they moved back to home country within the next 10 years.

Even if there was a commission into palliative care, do you think any government would implement it's recommendations. Assisted dying is an option I would like to have. Not another 10 years of prevarication.
